The Creative Process is AMAZING to see. It shows the progress made from rough sketches drawn by a non-artist to really nice art created by a professional illustrator.
We wanted to share this truly great transformation with you!

STORYBOARD SKETCH
The writer writes a story, then creates a storyboard sketch and provides some written direction.

PENCIL DRAWING
The artist draws a pencil sketch for approval.
|

3.) |
INK
The artist inks and embellishes the pencil sketch.
|
|
| |
4.) |
COLOR
The artist colorizes the ink drawing, adds details and shadows. Then the artist submits the final illustration.

We hope you enjoy seeing how Class Clown 2 was put through the creative process. One thing you may notice is that after the first sketches were made, it was decided that Tammie would have a twin sister. Tamrie was then drawn into the Illustrations and written into the story. Her character was then developed further making Tammie and Tamrie the 11th and 12th Ninjanimals Kidz girls.
