Charlie is an otter-boy who lives on the banks of the Valley River. In fact, his family's house is on stilts. Being on the river gives Charlie lots of chances to swim and fish. He's best friends with Chimp and Dusty since he loves water and fast things - and so do they. Charlie really knows how to have fun and joke around. He loves making up wild and daring games to share with his friends. Luckily Charlie can sit still in school and learn - unlike his best friend Chimp. Charlie's favorite subjects in school are math and history.
